Just Start!!!

I want to encourage you to just start. Here’s a few ways that we sabotage ourselves:


1. I will start after I eat all the bad stuff out of my house.

2. I will start at the beginning of the year or Monday.

3. Thinking meal prep has to be complicated meals.


We have all waited until all the “bad food” is gone to avoid temptation. The reality is temptation is everywhere! It’s never going to go away so ....stop it. You will be tempted at work, while getting gas and in the grocery store. You need to prepare yourself so you don’t succumb to the temptation.


It does not matter the day or time that you start healthy eating. Just don’t self sabotage by procrastinating.


We all love beautiful meal prep pics with mouth watering meals in great containers. That is not always possible, just make your meal use the containers you have. Then congratulate yourself for a successful prep!
